Half-Day 4x4 Driving Course
A half-day of 4x4 driving tuition at the Forest Experience is an exciting and invaluable experience and serves as the perfect introduction or refresher for anyone wanting usable skills in off-road 4x4 driving. We offer practical tuition in the general control of a 4x4 vehicle in varying situations and ground conditions on our authentic 900-acre forest complex.
Half-day courses are available to run in either morning or afternoon. We only run a limited number of courses during the year so please book your date as soon as possible.
Schedule
The half-day course proceeds as follows:

9.00am or 1.15pm
Participants to arrive at Cambrian House for signing on meet your instructor and have a short briefing on 4x4 operation. -
9.15am or 1.30pm
Depart for forest and commence familiarisation runs on forest tracks. Then move onto the nursery sections alongside your instructor. - You will then progress onto more difficult terrain, which will include ascending and descending slopes and banks. The same course will then be driven in reverse direction.

12.45pm or 4.30pm
Return to Cambrian House to receive your certificate and depart the Forest Experience.
